3. Data processing
3.1 Provision of the website and creation of server log files
When you visit our websites, your browser automatically transmits information to us in so-called server log files. These are:

Registration as an employer serves to carry out pre-contractual measures. Registration serves to gain access to the workforce offered by us. The aim is to conclude placement contracts for the employees we place.
The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR.
3.5.3 Duration of processing
The personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and there is no legal basis that authorizes or obliges further processing of the personal data.
In principle, deletion occurs if the user deletes the account created during registration. However, this does not apply if the processed personal data is still necessary for the execution of the contract concluded via the account or if there are other legal bases that authorize or oblige further processing of the personal data.
3.6 Employment placement
We offer our users the option of job placement via our website using the registration option described in point 3.5 of this data protection agreement.

3.6.3 Transfer of data to third parties
3.6.3.1 Passing on the data of users registered as employees to potential employers
If you have registered with us as an employee and given your consent, the data collected from you or from public sources will be forwarded to potential employers who have selected you as a potential new employee in our placement portal.
In this context, we would like to point out that these may also be employers outside the scope of the GDPR (third countries). In these third countries, weaker data protection laws may apply. Before passing on your personal data to employers in third countries, we will inform you separately and obtain your consent.
3.6.3.2 Passing on the data of users registered as employers to potential employees
If you have registered with us as an employer and given your consent, the data collected from you will be passed on to potential employees if you have selected them in a pre-selection.
In this context, we would like to point out that these usually include employees who are resident outside the scope of application of the GDPR (third countries). In these third countries, weaker data protection laws may apply. You will be informed of this when you register as an employer on our website and your consent will be requested regarding the transfer of your data to third countries.
3.6.4 Purpose of processing and legal basis
The processing of the data collected is used for job placement. The processing is intended to prepare and enable the conclusion of an employment contract between a user registered with us as an employee and a user registered with us as an employer or otherwise known employer.
The legal basis for processing the data of users registered as employees is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and, insofar as the racial and ethnic origin is evident from the data, Art. 9 Para. 2 lit consent given by you.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time in the future. In this context, we would like to point out that revoking your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on your consent before its revocation.
The legal basis for processing the data of users registered as employers is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The processing of the data serves to conclude or fulfill placement contracts regarding the employees we place.
3.6.5 Duration of storage
The personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and there is no legal basis that authorizes or obliges further processing of the personal data.
In principle, deletion occurs if the user deletes the account created during registration. However, this does not apply if the processed personal data is still necessary for the execution of the contract concluded via the account or if there are other legal bases that authorize or oblige further processing of the personal data.
4. Your rights regarding the personal data we process
4.1 Right to information
You have the right at any time to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed. If this is the case, you have the right to information about this personal data and in particular the purposes of processing. The right to information and its scope are based on Art. 15 GDPR in conjunction with. V. m. § 34 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
4.2 Right to rectification
If the personal data concerning you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that it be corrected and completed in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.
4.3 Right to deletion and restriction of processing

4.7 Right to complain
Furthermore, Art. 77 GDPR grants you the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR.
